I am currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and accept out-of-pocket sessions at $170 per session.

Session frequency will be assessed within our initial session.

If you have other insurance plans, you may be able to utilize out-of-network benefits. I would recommend contacting your insurance provider to discuss your benefit options.

After sessions, you can request documentation called “a superbill” to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Please note: I cannot guarantee that your insurance company will provide reimbursement.

Upon submission of interest, I will verify insurance to the best of my ability; however, you are ultimately responsible for any services that insurance does not cover. Copays, deductibles, and coinsurance are due at the time of service.
